Terms & ConditionsLATENESSPlease make sure you have adequate time to travel by planning in advance. Contact us if you will be late; after 15 minutes a £10 fee will apply, after 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.DISCLAIMER: If you are allergic, proceed with caution as I have three cats. Cat's may be put away upon selection.RETAINERA £10 retainer is required to confirm your appointment, in case of no shows. The remaining balance is to be paid by Bank Transfer or EXACT Cash.CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULINGBookings may be rescheduled to any day of your choice within 48 hours of your appointment. Any late notice cancellations or reschedules will require a new retainer to rebook.After two Cancellations or No Shows, future booking privileges will be removed.If I have to cancel your appointment, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full retainer/payment refund.EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTSAppointments made before 10am are emergency bookings and will consist of a £20 additional fee.Same day bookings are available at no extra cost.HYGIENE & SICKNESSIf you have any fresh wounds & cuts on your face, coldsores or signs of an eye infection please notify me & your appointment will be cancelled as I will refuse you due to hygiene risks.If you feel unwell please cancel your appointment 24 hours beforehand and request to reschedule.Please DO NOT show up to your appointment.LIABILITYOnce done, all treatments are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your makeup, please let me know during the session so that changes may be performed right away. Refunds for personal preferences, change of heart, or non-communication are not permitted.
