How payment works
Your artist sets the payment requirement
To confirm an appointment, you pay the amount your artist has set at booking: a deposit or the full service total. It is shown clearly before you confirm.
Your money is held safely in the middle
Your payment is held securely by Glowlist until your appointment is done, so the artist’s time is protected and your money is safe if something goes wrong.
Any remaining balance is handled automatically
If you paid a deposit, the remaining balance is charged to the same card once your appointment is confirmed as complete. There is no need to arrange payment separately.
The code is how you say “all done ✨”
When the artist marks your appointment complete, a one-time code appears in your bookings. Read it out; they enter it, the balance is taken, and they’re paid. Forget? It completes automatically 24 hours later.
Change of plans?
Cancel within your artist’s free-cancellation window (shown before you book) and you’re refunded in full. If something isn’t right, raise an issue and payment pauses while we look into it.

Pick the styles you love from a handful of real looks and we show you artists who actually work that way. It takes about twenty seconds, it changes daily, and you can skip it whenever you like.
Deals and codes, honoured at checkout
Some artists run public offers that come off automatically. Others send a private code to their own clients. Enter it next to the total and the price updates before you pay. If more than one discount could apply, you get whichever is worth most — never less.
More than one appointment at a time
Buy a run of sessions up front and book them as you go. Bring friends on a booking that allows a group. Or set a regular slot — same day, same time, every few weeks — and pause or stop it whenever you want.
Someone to go to
Raise an issue from the booking and payment pauses while we look into it. Your artist can also take money off after the fact if they want to put something right, and you are told when they do.
