Policies

* A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit/booking fee has been paid.* The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment.* Deposits are non-refundable.* Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability.* Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your appointment time.* Travel fees may apply depending on your location and will be agreed before booking.* Any extra design or coverage requested on the day may cost extra.* For bridal and group bookings, the final price and time will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.* Please let me know about any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

Aftercare

Caring for your look

* Keep the henna on for 4–6 hours, or overnight for the darkest stain.* Gently scrape the dried henna off — do not wash it off with water.* Avoid water for 8–12 hours after removing the henna.* Keep the area warm and avoid soaps, hand sanitiser and creams while the stain develops.* The stain will look orange/light at first and will darken over 24–48 hours.* Avoid rubbing or picking the design.Please note: Henna stains differently on everyone. Your final stain depends on factors such as your skin, body temperature, placement and aftercare. I provide these instructions to help you achieve the best possible stain, but I cannot guarantee the final colour or be responsible if your henna does not stain as expected.
